AX-6000 from Sony has been great so far. One caveat though, my 2011 wrangler didn't have U-Connect so I couldn't hook it up, evening else works fine, steering controls and all. I chose not to have backup camera so I have no thoughts on that. Thanks, it was easy and professional looking.

I’ve had this installed in my 2014 Jeep Wrangler for about a month and love it but all of a sudden I lost the ability to hear incoming caller but they could hear me. Called customer service and talked to Taylor and she walk helped me get everything working again. After she recommended a firmware update that didn’t work so she had me do a factory reset and now everything is working again. Thanks again Taylor. Would recommend Bantam Overland to anyone looking for new radio they are the go to company.

Ordered the Sony XAV-AX6000 Plug & Play Bundle for a 2017 JK. The kit was professionally packed, accessory bags clearly labeled, and everything appeared top-notch quality. From start to finish, the directions both written and video were fantastic, and I couldn't have been happier when everything was installed and buttoned up. Work was performed by myself and I would consider it a job for any novice level person. \n\nThat feeling quickly changed when tuned on the radio and started using it.\n\nNow whenever I volume down on my steering wheel, the MUTE keeps turning on, on the radio! \n\nI'm old, I'm not tech savvy, and after hours of reading and searching, find out that intentionally, my steering wheel controls have been changed by Bantam when programming the Maestro unit. \n\nI HATE THIS. This greatly affects me. I bought this kit because it was "PNP" - Because I don't know / have ability to program all that stuff. Now I had to tear apart my dash again, hire a kid to come out at my expense to reprogram this stupid feature at my cost and time. Why on earth don't you mention this anywhere in documentation or videos or have an option in your drop downs when ordering "Do you want us to decide what you want for you, or leave your steering wheel controls work as they did before"? I hope others learn / see from this. \n\nChange your site / put a note explaining about this "feature change" and I'll be happy to change this to 5 star rating, showing me you care about your customer support.
