Parts List: 

  • (A) Center Section
  • (B) Right Leg
  • (C) Left Leg
  • (D) Z Bracket
  • (E) Z Bracket Pad
  • (F) End Blocks (x2)
  • (G) Caster Wheels (x4) 

Hardware:

  • (H) ¼" x 2" Lag Bolts (x8)
  • (I) ¼" x 2.25" Bolts (x8)
  • (J) ¼" x 1.5" Bolts (x4)
  • (K) ¼" Nylock Nuts (x12)
  • (L) ¼" Flat Washers (x32)
  • (M) #8 x ¾" Wood Screws (x4) 

Required Tools: 

  • Safety Glasses
  • 7/16" Wrench
  • 7/16" Socket & Ratchet
  • Flat Blade Screwdriver  

Assembly Instructions:

1. Attach Right Leg (B): 

  • Position the Right Leg under the Center Section (A) so that the square cut end is under the Center Section and the angled end faces outward. 

  • Install (4) ¼" x 2.25" bolts (I) with (4) washers (L) from the bottom of a caster, through the leg and into the Center Section. 

  • On top, secure with (4) washers (L) and (4) Nylock nuts (K). 

  • Tighten using a 7/16" wrench and socket/ratchet. 

2. Repeat the above step for the Left Leg (C).

  • Make sure both angled ends are parallel.

3. Attach End Blocks (F): 

  • Install (4) Lag Bolts (H) with washers (L) through the caster and leg, threading them into one End Block. 

  • Ensure the predrilled side of the End Block faces downward. 

  • Tighten with a 7/16" socket. 

  • Repeat for the opposite side. 

4. Attach Z Bracket Pad (E) to Z Bracket (D): 

  • Make sure the  drilled side of the pad is facing down. 

  • Use a flat blade screwdriver to secure with (4) wood screws (M) from the bottom of the bracket into the pad. 

5. Install Z Bracket Assembly: 

  • Place the assembled Z Bracket on the Center Section. 

  • Use (4) 1.5" bolts (J) and washers (L) from the top, going through the bracket and cart. 

  • Secure underneath with (4) Nylock nuts (K) and washers (L). 

  • Tighten with a 7/16" wrench and socket. 

Care & Use Instructions: 

  • The cart is now ready. 

  • Due to the weight and size of hardtops, assistance from 1–2 people is recommended. 

  • Ensure the rear liftgate window is closed and secured before placing the hardtop.. 

  • Position the hardtop so the bottom corners rest inside the End Blocks and the top leans against the Z Bracket Pad. 

  • Confirm the hardtop is centered and the rear window is not touching the cart.
